MBK01. TRIUMPH FORK KIT "A" 1946 TO 1963
Kit contains bushes seals and washer to overhaul early type Triumph tele-forks with the more reliable rubber seals.
Also supplied are the sealing washers both aluminium and fibre to complete the task.
Supplied boxed.
No instructions are supplied as we expect owners to have the workshop manual for their machine. This is advisable as correct procedures as advised by the makers may be required for safety.

This Kit contains: -
2 X Upper bush
2 X Lower bush
2 X 97-0391, Felt seal
2 X 97-1168 Oil seal.
4 X 97- 0430 Fibre washer..
2 X 97- 1062 Aluminium washer for bottom plug.
These are all the items that you should need to overhaul your Triumph forks for twin cylinder models from 1946 to 1963 inclusive.
Two types of seal were used, early models used the felt seal later models uses the 97-1168. some early models will have been converted to the later type.
We do not provide instructions as we expect that owners will have the appropriate makers documentation. If you are not in possession of the rider’s instruction book or other workshop manual we strongly recommend that you purchase one together with a parts book for your machine. The maker’s instructions are invaluable, not only to advise the best method of working but they also include appropriate safety instructions.
All items in the kit may be purchased separately. However we recommend that a full kit be used whenever you dismantle your forks. This will prove more convenient and will save money.
