We aim to dispatch goods purchased on the day of purchase if the order is placed before 15.00hrs UK time.
Orders over £10 are sent only by a signed for service.
Heavy orders may be split to obtain the best postal rate.
We accept retuns within 3 weeks of sale.
Before returning an item please contact us to discuss any problems
Items must be in saleable condition and in makers packaging where this is supplied.
You should enclose your receipt with the item. An emailed scan of the receipt is acceptable.
If you are unsure if the item is what you want please contact us to arrrange to buy on approval. Approval item will be refunded less P&P if not suitable.
Where a returned item has been correctly supplied and is not faulty a handling charge not exceeding 25% may be deducted from your cash refund on return of the item.
On receipt of a retuned item we will offer exchange, credit or refund as apprpriate.
Non stock items ordered specifically for a customer can be returned only if faulty.
In all cases (except faulty items) P&P costs are not refunded.
We do not discuss any customers affairs with any 3rd party nor do we hand any details of customers to third parties..
We do not hand goods over to 3rd parties except by written prior arrangement. If you want a friend to collect your purchase PLEASE Email/write to us to arrange this. Alteratively add a note of this in the message box when making your payment
The person collecting the item(s) should show photo ID to prove that they are the agreed collector.
NON ARRIVAL OF GOODS.
PLEASE - when purchasing an item that will not fit through your letter box:-
Arrange for some one to be at home to receive the delivery or to pick it up from the delivery depot or local Post office.
Look out for a failed delivery card, these can get mixed up in the junk mail.
If goods purchased do not arrive in reasonable time please contact your local Royal Mail delivery depot as most undelivered items turn up there.
If the item(s) cannot be found please phone us to discuss the matter.
Please note that Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost until 28 days after dispatch.
Before refunding/replacing items lost in the post we may ask you to sign a "lost item statement". This is to facilitate our claim for compensation against Royal Mail.
